Bridget McQueen, Psychotherapist
AMFT#153438, APCC#18828
As an Associate Marriage Family Therapist, I am incredibly grateful to work with a wide variety of clients, issues, and ages. The reason I utilize so many therapeutic tools is because my approach is collaborative. Every client or couple I work with has different needs. For individual counseling, I specialize in trauma, anxiety, grief, shame, depression, health issues, life direction, and spirituality. For couples, I use the Gottman Method to enhance communication, manage conflict, and build love maps.
With 18 years background in natural health wellness, I also bring a full body wellness approach that explores diet, exercise, sleep, and mindfulness. With certifications in advanced hypnotherapy as well as specialized training in EMDR, IFS Institute-Informed, Grief Counseling, Anxiety, CBT/ACT, Psychodynamic, and more, I enjoy going deep with clients to reveal unconscious beliefs, stories, and release stuck trauma in the body. Once you are free from the shackles of past trauma, you can see your future with new insight and possibility, and create the life you want. Therapy is not always easy, but it can be powerfully transformative when you are ready for change. Taking one step at a time, we will do this together.
